Below you'll find examples of the different custom planners we've designed and produced at FIREDAYZ. All of the examples shown are with our stock black covers but, can be produced in virtually any color you want and personalized with your logo if desired at no additional charge.
All our full size custom color planners, including the Universal, come with 6 mm. plastic covers, crush proof spiral binding and rounded corners that make them extremely durable and practically "firefighter proof" so we know they'll stand up to the beating they're going to take throughout the year!
Our custom color coded planners start at order quantities of 500 and above with the best pricing at 1,000+ units. For smaller departments, we also offer our patented "Symbol System" which is a customized black and white planner so it lowers your cost (see the Santa Rosa example below). Order quantities for these start at 100 units and can include plastic covers for an additional charge.
In addition to our custom made planners being built around your specific schedule, we also offer you the ability to tailor our back pages to meet your departments needs. Examples would be listings of all your station addresses and phone numbers, specific S.O.P.'s or A.L.S protocols, local emergency services contact information etc. You can also modify our existing pages if you need more space to track O.T., different leave credits, training etc. These modifications are all done at no charge and all we require is that you provide the information to us that you want included.

The FIREDAYZ Custom Los Angeles County Planner
L.A. County really designed a nice planner! In addition to their color coded schedule, they included two full listings of all 194 stations with both business and private line phone numbers and, Thomas Brothers map grids. Extremely useful for a department of that size! They also included all of their administrations contact information, Assistant Chiefs, B.C.'s, Crisis and Peer counseling, various headquarters, E.M.S. divisions....you name it, it's all finally condensed and put in one place! They also added A.L.S. protocols, additional O.T. tracking pages and modified other tracking pages to suit their needs. A very well thought out planner that fits the memberships needs!

This planner serves 13 different departments in the San Diego area that are all on the same schedule and is very much like L.A. Counties in that they included everything they could need in one place. In addition to their color coded schedule, they gathered and combined all the essential contact and area specific information they could need for the different departments and put it in one place. A great example of numerous smaller departments working together to reach the order quantities needed to order custom color coded planners. They also added four card stock color "punch out" wallet calendars to their planner. Again, a really well thought out planner that meets the various department's needs.

This is a truly unique planner and as with our other products, there is nothing else on the market like it. Santa Rosa (where I work) is a smaller department and we couldn't meet the order quantity for a color coded planner. In an effort to still have a custom planner, we @ FIREDAYZ developed our patented "Symbol System" which allowed us to print much smaller quantities in black and white and still have a custom planner designed around our schedule. The concept worked beautifully and we've now found a way to accommodate those "mid size" departments with +/- 100 members that want a custom planner but, don't have the numbers to order color planners. This planner includes all our area specific contact information, station listings, tracking pages etc. as well as "cut out" wallet calendars. A great solution for the hundreds of smaller departments across the country who still want a custom planner!

Their schedule is set up differently in that it's based upon a combination of letters and numbers and also reflects their "debit days". Even though their membership is large enough to justify a color coded schedule, it's design didn't warrant it so, we were able to print it in black and white for them saving their Union money. In addition, they modified a few of the back tracking pages to suit their needs including generic station information pages per their Chief's direction. Again, a truly unique planner and testament to the fact that we @ FIREDAYZ can design and print whatever schedule you've got in whatever fashion you need!
